Yesterday’s Team Building Workshop went extremely well. I must say that this was one of the strongest teams that I have worked with and they kept me on my toes all day adding their own insights and asking a lot of very detailed questions.

Laura and I finished the day off with bike ride around the Stanley Park Sea Wall. We are riding 3 – 4 times a week now that we have good weather and the exercise, cardio and fresh air is doing us a world of good and we are getting into really good shape.
