In Order to Add Value, Be of Value

It is essential for you to implement your off time, planning time and work time. This will help you to block out time to identify what systems “are working”, what systems are working that need to be tweaked and what systems need to be implemented. Prioritize 1 or 2 systems and then focus on these with the team.

What would get in the way of this?

In order to reach your goals, you say all you need to do is schedule the time.

But time doesn’t exist, there is only the present.

What is the goal in present time?

To express your values of faith, peace and presence.

This is a decision.

Without the decision, your outcome will be predetermined after and your outcome will make no sense until it has already happened. All coming from the place that there isn’t enough, you are not doing enough, you have never done enough and no matter how much you do, it will never be enough. This is all influenced by the ego to keep the ego real.

Deciding in advance, expressing the values of faith, peace and presence means to make them real in advance and will cause you to concentrate on everything to make them happen.

This will help you to sort out the truth and use your energy to meet your goals vs. continually being addicted to the ego’s fantasies which are useless.

Your values-based goal has no meaning unless it is “be of value” as you cannot “be of value” unless you exhibit those values.

Faith, peace and presence are a condition of value and truth comes of itself… it is the outcome.

This requires faith, when the goal of truth is set, faith must be and everything will play its part as it is inevitable.

There is no failing.

The ego believes in solving conflict through the fragmentation of your conscious mind. The ego addicts you to trying to get needs of approval, control, perfection, power, recognition, safety and worthiness from an array of splits in your consciousness trying to do too many things at once.

The ego has faith in separation, a fragmented mind, and not in the wholeness of the one true mind that God gave you.

When confronted with a difficult situation the ego will to take you elsewhere and it will create fantasies that you are successful in the short term.

Success is not experienced, only fantasy.

Seize the day, identify your projects/to do’s and block them into your calendar, indentifying off time, planning time and work time.

Get out of the office to create some sanctuary so that you can focus on faith, peace and presence.
