Can You Do Social Media Reruns?

Time for ChangeI don’t really know but I’m going to give it a whirl. Actually I have been giving it a whirl to rerun social media reruns since I committed in October 2014 to speak at the 2015 New Orleans MDRT in June 2015. This commitment also included speaking on a panel of coaches, publishing a book and designing a brand new exhibit.

On top of that we have been very very busy with coaching clients, speaking and enjoying life since that time.

There have been some decent social media posts since October 2014 that include the speaking transcription submission for the MDRT, transcriptions of the questions and answers that I offered on the panel of coaches at the MDRT, as well as the following;

But I have not been writing like when I first started blogging back in 2004. This bothers me as it is important to me to produce high-quality work. Not that what I have shared has not been high quality, it is not as consistent and real time as I would like it to be.

So given that I am coming up to the 10-year anniversary of starting to speak at financial services conferences and events in January 2016, and that I want to create the business plan for 2016, 2017 and 2018, and more importantly I want to create the Simon Reilly plan for 2016, 2017 and 2018, I am going to continue with social media reruns through to the end of the year.

So you might be wondering where your time is going.

So in order to focus on the  2016, 2017 and 2018 business plan and the Simon Reilly plan and complete the above, and to remain visible and add value on social media, I am going to delegate the creation of social media content from de-personalized direct email communications that I have with clients, existing articles , video & video transcriptions.

The above may not be that big of a revelation as this has been what has been happening since October 2014; it’s just that I am going to formalize it to  give me more space.
