Crisis = Danger Or Opportunity?

The Chinese symbol for “crisis” is made up of the symbols for “danger” and “opportunity.”

This is relates to some ideas that Pat and I are working on for a new presentation in light of the recent market developments.

Meditation first thing in the morning has become instinct for me and my instinct had me up at 5:30am ET even though the alarm was set for 7am. My meditation consists of a series of breathing and focusing exercises so that I can get to “no thought” to enable me to be clear of mind for the day.

Today’s the day I’m speaking on behalf of Canada Life and I am so ready!!
