How Can You Get Started & How Can You Have Your Own “Coach” Risk Free?

Your coaching is done over the phone, it’s called Telecoaching. We call you at a specific time, usually once per week at the same time each week, for the first 3 weeks of the month. We take the 4th week off to strengthen our coaching skills and our practice. You will have a system to help you stay on track between sessions. The calls last 60 minutes. The monthly investment includes three sessions and materials for the 60-minute call.

All I ask is that you identify the results that you want to create, show up on the telephone at our agreed times** and that you do the requested assignments. It is kind of like real estate. Your Assessment Debriefing Session is considered to be Session Number One.

The purpose of our Assessment Debriefing Session is to identify your strengths (what is working well) and the areas in your business and life that you want to strengthen. You can explain what your challenges are and what you want to achieve. We will help you by suggesting an initial strategy and direction, and provide you with an exercise that will help you stay on track. We can also get a sense of how we can work together.

This session gets you off to a strong start by understanding and identifying your goals, needs and challenges. I enjoy spending this time with you to get to know you and build a foundation for our relationship. Together we will design the best way we can work together to accomplish your goals.

No sales pitch will be made because we have no need to sell our services to you. Coaching is not something that we sell you on. It’s something you invest in because you want it and you instinctively know will benefit you.

During our first session, we will decide if coaching is for you. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable with us. Together we will create a safe, relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself. A place where you can be comfortable, safe, and talk straight.

Our next step, if you choose – based on the value that you received from your Assessments & Assessment Debriefing Session – is to:

  • Book Session Number Two & Three and I will send you a Welcome Package filled with self-assessment tools, goal setting and tracking forms. The information in your Welcome Package will help you get totally clear about where you are, where you want to go and what may be in the way. We request that you fill out the Welcome Package, make a copy and return the copy to us in advance of Session Number Two.

I will ask you to make a six month commitment to our process that is renewable monthly. Your ability to make a commitment to a long-term relationship is important to your business and life process. Our business and personal lives are filled with interesting layers of potential to be uncovered. This is not a quick fix; rather it is a process to create a sustainable and successful business and personal life. I work with 20 One on One Clients at a time. The only reason I tell you this is for you to understand the significance of making the call promptly! After 20 clients, I place future clients on a waiting list until an opening is available.

Here’s how you can have your own “Coach” risk free!

I request that you send your cheque for your first month of coaching. An invoice will be e-mailed and you are requested to mail your cheque right away. This is your demonstration of your commitment to coaching. You know the story of the Bacon & Egg breakfast. The chicken is interested, the pig is committed.

I will hold your cheque as a sign of your commitment until the end of the third session. If after the third session you don’t think coaching is for you or you feel you were not provided with substantial value, I will return your cheque to you. No questions asked!
