You may ask why I am I

When I look back at the past
years, I didn't pay attention to the detail and although I
was always well prepared for the day ahead, I wasn't well
prepared for the year ahead.

important business activity I could engage in wasn't the
mastery I had achieved in marketing and sales, it was the
planning and preparation that went into the organizational
structure and systems on which my business operated.
As a result of both good and
bad experiences, I decided to dedicate the rest of my
professional life to helping others avoid the many mistakes

Part 2 – Coaching Case
Studies
In this section I will include
actual transcripts of coaching situations that I have worked
with a client on in the past two weeks. With the permission of
the client of course and the names and the personal
information will be edited out also. You will get to
experience coaching from an entirely new view and be surprised
at how the case study topics relate to what you may be going
through right now. You may be surprised to find that many
clients are dealing with same issues in ay one given
week.
For this issue, I am offering two

some insights about my experiences that have lead me to this

Building Web Site vs. the Brochure or E-tail/Retail Web
Site
As you look over the Leading

The website is designed as a follow
up from a likely personal introduction from me or from someone
that knows me. My personal introduction to our web site
visitor is likely to be through a one on one conversation, a
referral, from a public speaking event, a TV spot, a newspaper
article or and industry specific advertisement.
This website has a different
approach to the flash, multi-button, multi-menu, pay per click
or search engine approach.
It is designed for one purpose
only, to invite the reader to subscribe to the e-zine with the
intention to offer value for free over an extended period of
time to develop a long lasting relationship. The "One
Banana".
The web site is about subscribe
now, NOT BUY NOW! We want to invite to add value.
Some will say that in the
e-commerce world that if we don't capture the viewers
attention in 1 or 2 seconds then we will have lost them, that
they are not willing to scroll down to get to our buttons -
products, about us, etc. My belief is that if we offer too
many buttons, then we will take them off course from our
intention and that again is to create a relationship through
our e-zine subscription. To say it another way, if we put in
our products or public speaking buttons at the top then they
will or may miss the e-zine subscription.
Either our message will speak to
the reader or it will not. We are not likely to attract the
adrenaline addicted web surfer and that is OK.

Reflections
These are exciting times as 2004
comes to a close and the frontiers of 2005 open up. There is a
lot of magic in the air.
Laura & Simon
Laura and I have been working
together now for just over a year. Yes a husband and wife can
work together when they have love and the tools to understand
and appreciate each others strengths and areas to strengthen.
When there is understanding, there is joining in a common
goal.
Understanding versus
Judgment
When there is no understanding,
there is judgment. When there is judgment, there is no
understanding. Judgment and no understanding is a venomous
breeding ground for the fear based insane ego mind to look for
differences and fault.
E-Zine
Leading Advisor will be going
through some significant changes and enhancements in
2005.
With this E-zine, we will be able
to stay a little closer to our clients and offer additional
services and systems to help them stay on track.
