Amusement flows
every time I write the date of January 5, 2006 on
correspondence and marvel at how early it is in January and
that all of the following are completed or 99% completed
setting the stage for the best year ever:
We are Re-Branding To "Being" An Advisor
With the certain advent of the book
entitled, “Being” An Advisor – it’s about Being Then Doing,
I decided to re-title my Blog & E-Newsletter.
For some insight behind this I have
copied a few of my most recent Blog articles.
December 15, 2005 - It Is About Being
Then Doing
The end of the
year of Doing is nearing an end and I’m noticing that I’m
really feeling that I want my work to be more about Being in
2006.
For the book,
I’m thinking of either …
Being an Advisor
It’s about being then doing
Or
Being an
Entrepreneur
It’s about being then doing
Clearly, I want to write the book and the supporting web
site, e-newsletter, blog, power point and programs from a
place of Being vs. Doing. Not needing to do it.
So, I’m thinking
of throwing out my income goals until the above is created.
Those that are
meant to find me will find me will, and those that are not,
will not. No enrolling, no selling, no pushing which isn’t
what I do or want to do.
“You don’t love
someone for their looks, or their clothes, or for their
fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear”.

We had a new
client decide to work with us today. The client is ready.
The client could really hear our message and they are very
clear that we can help them to meet and exceed their dreams
for 2006. The client surrendered to the fact that their way
just simply isn’t working.
So this is the
start of my true Vision work for 2006.
Enjoy the ride.
December 16, 2005 - You Need Two Wake
Up Calls
I’ve been
talking about the concept of remembering to wake up twice
each day.
You are familiar
with the first wake up call.
You know …
When you are in
lucid sleep and then you wake up for the first time.
The first wake
up call is when you become awake and the thought addiction
starts.
The thought
addiction is based up on your fear based, unmet needs
seeking ego mind.
Your fear based,
unmet needs based ego mind has you addicted to thought
thinking:
-
What do I
have to do toady?
-
Who do I
have to see today?
-
How will I
earn extra money today?
-
Who do I
have to impress today?
-
What
conflict do I have to deal with today?
ENOUGH!
STOP!
SHUT UP!
It is time for
the second wake up call.
The second wake
up call is when you, your higher self wakes up.
To when your
higher self wakes up to no thought.
Things that make
you go Hmmm …
January 03, 2006 - The Year of “Being”
Awake
Happy New Year!
I’m writing this
Blog entry at 10am on Thursday, December 29th, 2005 during
one of my “Wake Up Calls”, while looking out at the ocean
view from the Kingfisher Resort & Spa on Vancouver Island.
You may recall
that my last Blog entry was about “You Need Two Wake Up
Calls”.
Many accolades
to The Kingfisher Resort & Spa! The attention to the detail,
environment, facilities, food, service, staff were all
absolutely amazing and we will be back. If you want to give
yourself and your loved ones the gift of an absolutely
amazing retreat this is the place. Click,

Resort & Spa to go to the
site.
Laura and I have
been over on Vancouver Island since December 24th and we
will return to Vancouver on January 1st, 2006.
During this time
we have been visiting family, enjoying time together and
enjoying time away from the city.
At the same
time, I’ve been taking some of the time to catch up on my
writing and to enhance my planning for 2006.
Following the
notion of “Staying Awake” or “Wake Up Calls” …
It is the
Unhealthy Primal Ego Mind that is addicted in all consuming
thoughts that include;
• Am I safe?
• Am I good enough?
• What do I have to do next?
• Where do I have to go next?
• What do I have to buy next?
• Who is looking at me?
• What do people think of me?
• Does what I have compare to what others have?
And on, and
on, and on, and on, and on and ….
So as I work
though my writing and planning, “I” am remembering to stop
every so often to ask, “Am I Awake”?
It is important
that I give my mind a rest from thinking for if “I” do not
“I” can easily get consumed by the thought addiction of the
Unhealthy Primal Ego Mind.
Thoughts that
are related to thought addiction are based upon unmet needs,
which trigger limiting beliefs and limiting emotions. It
would stand to reason that vision, goals, projects and
actions are doomed to failure because of what they are based
upon.
In The Year of
“Being” Awake, “I” want my writing, planning and everything
to be based upon conscious “Being”.
Conscious “Being” can be achieved by taking time between
tasks to “Wake Up” and practice “No thought” or “No thing”.
For some of you this can mean to “Know God” or
“Know The
Force”.
This way, “I”
can remind myself of my values, positive beliefs and
positive feelings that are all “Being” related.

January 09, 2006 - No-Thought
Following
through on The Year of “Being” Awake …
Remember to
Honor the results that you are creating on a weekly basis,
daily if you can find the time.
Honoring your
results focuses you on the results that you are creating
from within. You can do this by recording the feelings that
you are experiencing through the results that you are
creating. This also creates more focus from within versus
the material results that your results may be related to.
In this way, you
are not just trying to be good, you are focusing on the
goodness that is within you and allowing that goodness to
emerge.
In essence, you
are becoming enlightened because you are recognizing your
results from within. Without recognition, your results
remain unawakened if you will.
In essence, you
look at what you have from within versus looking at what you
are without.
As you continue
to focus on the reality of what you have within, the more
your inner strength begins to emerge to the surface.
This entire
process will help you to accelerate your awareness because
it will help to eliminate the compulsive addiction to
thoughts and get you to the place of inspiration where there
is no-person, no-place, no-possession, no-thing or
no-thought.
Through this you
will find the joy of “Being”.
