A secure financial foundation - don't spend your last dime on this program, even though we are giving it away just for the heck of it;
A deep existing professional or personal network - if you have no friends - spend a year developing some and then come back;
The ability to delegate - if you want to do it all yourself - don't join - you will need some assistance, part-time or full-time;
A controlled level of self-esteem - if you understand that it's ok to have good and bad days and still be proud of yourself - then welcome!
An open mind - if you think that it can only done "the orthodox way" and you are not prepared to try something different - don't join;
A sense of humor - I crack some of the worst jokes you will ever hear - mostly about myself - if you cannot see the funny side of disaster or yourself - you will dislike me;
Internet enabled - this program will be delivered using on-line technology and access to email and the web will be important for you to receive maximum benefit.
