Vision
- How much is it costing you because you do not have a detailed
written Vision?
- Are this year's results and challenges similar to what you have
been creating over the past 5 years?
- Are you too busy with what is urgent to create the time to create
the vision and business of your dreams?
- Are day to day challenges eliminating your excitement for the
future?
Planning
- If your results stay at this level, will you achieve your goals?
- Do you think things will change over the next twelve months?
Financial
- Are you sure that you are creating the future or retirement that
you hope for?
Communication
- How often are you experiencing conflict with your staff, clients
or family?
- If we polled your staff, clients or family, what would they say?
Hiring
- Do you enjoy the hiring process because you have a hiring system
that attracts the kind of team members that excite you about coming
to work?
Marketing
- Are you clear on your niche market?
- Do you have a low cost marketing engine?
Sales
- Are you spread too thin with unqualified clients, offering too
many types of products that are unprofitable for you?
- Which client or product group takes the most time and provides
the lowest return?
Customer Service
- Are you delivering "wow" customer service?
- Do you have a plan to delver "wow" customer service?
Professional Development
- How long do you think that you can carry the stress that is in
your business and personal life?
- Are you excited about your business and personal life?
- Do you feel fulfilled at the end of the day, week, month?

- Do you have an unbiased person to talk to, one who is interested
in you as a person, one that does not have a hidden agenda?

How Do You Know You Are On The Right Path?
You are what they call a "self made person". Over the years,
