One-on-One Tele-Coaching
One on One Coaching is delivered through Tele-Coaching and is successful because it is done with weekly sessions by telephone. For Telecoaching, our agreement includes two calls per month for the first and third week of the month. We take the 2nd and 4th week off to strengthen our coaching skills and our practice.
Your weekly sessions provide consistency and continuity. As your coach I will help you solve problems and make the most of opportunities. If you are too close to a situation, it can be difficult for you to "step out of the box" and evaluate what is really happening.
Each week I will request that you do homework. Don't worry - it's not the type that you had in grade school. These are tasks, actions, results or changes you will commit to completing before our next call. The homework is to get you to take action on what we are working on and to integrate it into your business and personal life.

Group Tele-Coaching
Group Tele-Coaching are highly interactive and a "virtual classroom" where participants from many parts of North America dial in at a pre-arranged time to learn and contribute together. Participating in Tele-Classes is informative, easy and convenient.
Tele-Classes can be a single one hour long session and they can be offered in multiple one hour long sessions lasting three or more classes over a three week period. Groups range in size from 5 and are limited to 20 participants so that participants receive individual time and attention.
During the Tele-Class you will receive topic assignments, receive insights from other participants experience with their experience and assignments, update the class on your progress, receive coaching and gain from the collective experience and knowledge of the group and identify the next action steps. You will receive the latest on information on Business, Personal & Professional Development.
The most significant benefits are your motivation will be magnified by the group, team synergy will provide you with new ideas and inspiration, your results will be magnified because they will be sourced from something bigger than the individual and you will move beyond obstacles at a rapid rate.
