The following Overview is for a private 30-minute Webinar that I am presenting to NIME ( National Insurance Marketing Executives ) on October 22, 2014.

The Inspirational Tipping Point – For Distributors & Recruiters

Would it be worth investing 30 minutes of your time to understand how to create improvements in the areas of value-added service, advisor retention, attracting high producing/highly productive advisors, leadership and vision in hours versus decades?

You already know countless techniques & solutions yet there are times when you are stuck, inconsistent and you don’t understand WHY.

Most techniques & solutions are about HOW & WHAT to do and relate to 10% of your success.

The purpose of the The Inspirational Tipping Point Presentation is to help managers in distribution and recruiting Understand that 10% of success is about HOW & WHAT to do and 90% of success is about WHY.

The HOW & WHAT of the following areas of distribution, managing and recruiting can be found online for free:

  • Adding value-added consulting / service vs peddling price
  • Advisor retention vs hunting for the next advisor
  • Attracting ( recruiting ) high producing/highly productive advisors
  • Communicating with Generation Z, Y, X, Baby Boomer and Traditionalist generations
  • Delegation
  • Goal setting
  • Focus
  • Leadership
  • Resources management
  • Time management
  • Vision ( reinvention ) and business planning

Attracting ( recruiting ) high producing/highly productive advisors is rated as one of the top business-building activities. When managers are surveyed, results indicate that about 10% of managers are attracting ( recruiting ) high producing/highly productive advisors. WHY?

Most people do not know the difference between Inspiration and Motivation.

  • Inspiration comes from Values – realizing what is inherently within
  • Motivation comes from Unmet Needs – struggling to get something that is missing from within from the outside from a Person, Position, Possession, no thing will ever meet an Unmet Need from the outside

Most people do not know the difference between a Value and an Unmet Need.

Sustainable Inspiration is based on Values that fuel Positive Feelings and Positive Beliefs.

Unsustainable Motivation is based on Unmet Needs that fuel Negative Emotions and Negative Beliefs.

Sustainable or Unsustainable. The law of attraction is absolute; you attract whatever you focus on.

If I have the Unmet Need of Worthiness, I will likely have Negative Emotions of Hesitation and Reluctance and Negative Beliefs that include Judgments like;

  • I can’t approach the high producing/highly productive advisor because they have more money than I do
  • The high producing/highly productive advisor has way more experience than I do with business and finance and I’m afraid I will not be able to answer all of their questions
  • I could get in way over my head with this high producing/highly productive advisor

Consider the same theory in respect to Time Management.

If I have the Unmet Need of Safety, I will likely have Negative Emotions of Anxiety and Fear and Negative Beliefs that include Judgments like;

  • I am too busy and I will never get it all done
  • I can never seem to do enough for my clients, company or family
  • I am exhausted

Negative Beliefs, fueled by Unmet Needs and Negative Emotions will sabotage the manager and attract a negative result.

Managers want to Understand how to Clear their Unmet Needs, Negative Emotions and Negative Beliefs because Unmet Needs, Negative Emotions and Negative Beliefs will dominate and sabotage Values, Positive Feelings and Positive Beliefs.

Managers want to Understand how to be Inspired by Values, Positive Feelings and Positive Beliefs that will affirm what they want to attract.

Here is example of an affirmation based on Values, Positive Feelings and Positive Beliefs;

I Value Discovery, Listening and Understanding and I Feel Certain, Committed and Confident that my Products & Services will help my clients grow assets, protect assets and leave a lifelong legacy for future generations to come.

The law of attraction is absolute; you attract whatever you focus on.

Remember, failure is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results without understanding WHY.

When there is no Understanding, there is Judgment. When there is Judgment, there can be no Understanding.
