“Your work must be very rewarding”

Yesterday was filled with a great day of working with clients.

As always, the coaching is based upon a review of the action steps towards one’s vision and goals.

If you ever wondered about the different kinds of subjects that I work on with my clients over the course of a call, here is an overview of yesterday; job descriptions, ad writing, contract negotiations, prioritizing plans for action, conflict resolution, marketing, web site development, niche marketing and developing a business plan.

People often say to me “your work must be very rewarding”.

This reminds me of the message contained in Michael Gerber’s E-Myth that an Entrepreneur must focus on, act on and reward themselves in kind on all aspects of business, not just the ones they like.

“Love what you do until you are doing what you love.”
